Upgrade your stock S58 intake to the VORTEX Performance intake system. By replacing the factory air intake systems, airflow is increased and overall temperatures are reduced. This intake features a unique design to allow for improved throttle response as well as an improved engine note. It includes all of the necessary hardware for installation, making it a smooth and swift process. The intake features a washable and re-usable high-flow air filter that delivers a clean and efficient air flow to the engine. The intake’s tubing is crafted from premium-grade high-temp silicone 6-ply that is both lightweight and durable. The tubing is engineered to provide a smooth and unrestricted airflow path for maximum performance gains. With a durable construction and advanced filtration technology, this intake system provides your vehicle with the increased airflow it needs to maximize performance.

Our proprietary blended high-temperature reinforced silicone material is excellent at heat dissipation and therefore, minimizes heat soak in comparison to aluminum, titanium equivalents. Even after a hard drive the silicone tubes are still cool to the touch.

This kit is plug-n-play and DIY friendly with installation that takes about an hour with simple tools.

The G8x S58 Performance Intake completely removes the restrictive OEM intake and replaces it with 3.5″ high flow tubes and VORTEX inverted cone performance air filters. The VORTEX Performance Intake retains everything that’s good about the OEM intake including the cold air ducting and lightweight heat shielding airbox bottom but replaces the top end of the intake with higher flow 3.5″ ducting and quality VORTEX inverted cone air filters. Vortex-Performance line of silicone tubes feature multiple layers of reinforcement and are suitable for applications with high boost pressures.

Our performance air filter outflows most other media and allows this intake to deliver massive flow at any RPM range.
This inverted cone design provides a filter with more surface area to provide better air filtration for the engine but still allows maximum air flow.
The number of filter layers affect the performance and price of your intake (less layers = lower price, not better filtration), our filters are 6 layers for best filtration and performance.
