Here's a few bits of info to help you stay up to date during Covid.

Performance parts are classified as competition use only parts. They are intended for off road race applications only and so the user is liable for all emission regulations and liability of use. Please check your local laws before modifying your vehicle.

Our team is working harder than ever before to get orders processed, picked, packed and collected by carriers as fast as possible. Currently our order processing time is taking an average of just 0-2 days with most items dispatched in a day.

Vortex-Performance’s standard ship times are 5-9 business days (US/Canada orders), however it is the customers’ responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is selected upon checkout. Packages returned to Vortex-Performance due to incorrect addressing or refusal will result in re-shipping charges. Shipping insurance is available for purchase by contacting customer service as we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments without insurance.

Worldwide Shipping: We Ship via USPS for US Customers, CanadaPost for Canadian Customers and Asendia for UK, Australia, EU, and Asia Customers with Shipment Tracking.

We offer a 1 year warranty on our dual cone intakes and MAF Housings. For any reason you are unhappy or have issues due to product quality we will exchange them no questions asked. Just ship us the defective product and we will send you a new unit. Please note, we do not warranty customer damage from user error. All final sale items or items with final sale in the item description are exempt of this rule and cannot be returned  or refunded. 

If an order was placed with an incorrect or old address and the items can not be successfully delivered to you by the shipping carrier they will (should) return to us as undeliverable. Our team will contact you to confirm the correct shipping and contact details and arrange re-delivery of your item. Shipping & handling charges will apply.

Once an order has been dispatched from our Store a tracking number will be provided for you to track your item/s. An order will not track until it has been scanned by the shipping carrier, in most cases this will be 0-2 days after your order has been placed but at times can take a little longer. We can not assist with tracking updates or information within 1-2 days of orders placed.

All items purchased from the our store are sent as Delivered Duty Unpaid.Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) is an international trade term meaning the seller is responsible for ensuring goods arrive safely to a destination; the buyer is responsible for import duties. Please check with your countries taxes, VAT & duties before placing an order.
